Prato is only 20 minutes from the centre of Florence and has a lot of offer: art, good food and shopping at the best prices in Tuscany.

Prices

Per person, multishare 25 euro per day.
Per apartment, Single occupancy 80 euro per day.
Per apartment, double occupancy 45 euro per day per person.
Full occupancy, (four beds) 95 euro per apartment per day.
Full occupancy, (five beds) 120 euro per apartment per day.

Prices include: Electricity, water, internet connection, weekly linen change and heating/air condition.
Receptions hours: from 8:30 am to 12 am and from 12:30 am to 5:30 pm / Check in from 1 pm to 5:30 pm / Check out within 9:30 am

Rates are per unit and they include:

cleanings with weekly linen change (daily cleaning service provided upon request)
internet connection, safe, reception office taxes and service
additional bed: 20,00 daily
children 1-3 years old: free
children 4-12 years old: 50%
Booking conditions
Deposit of 30% charged upon reservation
Remaining 70% paid upon arrival
Conditions and cancellation
Cancellation of the reservation until the day before: 30% of the total
No show and early departure 100% of the total booking.
